We process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $50 to encourage sustainable bulk shopping.
What is your return policy for eco-friendly goods?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used personal care items or food storage wraps unless there is a manufacturing defect.
